& FORGOT PASSWORD

are not required to sign in or register in order to browse products.
However, you will have to sign in (returning customers) or register (new
customers) when you are ready to check-out.
- If
you are a returning customer and have already
registered, you can sign in at any time by pressing
"Login/Register", located at the footer of every page. If you
have already added items to your cart before signing in, you will be
prompted to enter your name and password during the
"Check-out" process.
- If
you are a new customer and would like to register, you can
do so at any time by pressing "Login/Register", located at the
footer of every page and then selecting "New Users>>
Continue".
- Your
account information can be changed and/or updated at any time—once
registered—by clicking on the "My Account" link located at the
top right as well as in the footer of every page.
- You
will only need to register for this site once. If you forget your password, it can be
easily retrieved by clicking on the "Forgot your password?"
button on the Login/Register page.

Corporate Purchasing Card
- Marke Creative Merchandise's payment method with American Express is by Corporate Purchasing Card.
- Upon successfully submitting
your order we will make contact with you directly to collect these details for secure payment.

PROMOTION CODES:
- Occasionally,
special offers may be available such as free shipping or discounts through the
use of promotion codes (PromoCodes). Using the code is easy and you will be
prompted to enter it during the check-out process. Once you click on the
"Apply" button you will receive confirmation that the promotional
code has been applied to your order and it will be reflected in the total.

CHECK-OUT PROCESS &
SUBMITTING AN ORDER:
- When you are shopping and
ready to check-out:
- Click on “Your Cart.”
- Review and confirm cart
contents are accurate. Click “Request a Quote.”
- Verify your Billing &
Shipping Information. If these need to be updated, make the necessary
changes at this point.
- Select your preferred Payment
option. (See “Payment Methods" for more details)
- Pricing excludes Freight
and Tax/VAT, which will be confirmed directly with you after the order
has been placed.
- Review and verify the order
information is all accurate. Then click on “Place Order.”
- Once you have placed your
order, an order confirmation page will be displayed.
- An auto generated Order
Confirmation email will also be sent to you.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:
- Items on this site will require
Minimum Order/Production Quantities, which is listed on each item.
- As these are custom produced
orders, returns are only possible in the following scenarios:
- Please
note that due to the custom nature of your order, we are unable to accept
cancelation of, or returns for the goods, after receipt of a confirmed order confirmation
or purchase order, as production of the ordered productions will have begun.
Return of products will not be accepted unless prior written approval is
received from Marke Creative Merchandise.
- If
you feel your order was produced incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days
of the invoice date. If it is determined there is a material or manufacturing
defect with your order, we will issue a returned goods authorization number and
will replace your order or issue a refund.
- SHIPPING:
- Each
item is made-to-order with varying production and delivery lead-times
which are displayed within the description of each item. Plan ahead to
allow time for delivery to your upcoming events.
- Rush
productions and deliveries may be available; however, will incur
additional rush charges to be assessed upon your request for a rush
production/delivery.
- Non-EU
shipments will be made on a DDU (Incoterm: Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
